Dr Atogbo Donald Ailen, Esq. is a partner in the Firm and in charge of the general office administration. He underwent his compulsory NYSC programme in 2006 at the Rivers State Ministry of Justice before he joined the firm of Adedipe & Adedipe (Legal Practitioners). He is an experienced barrister & solicitor who has represented wide range of clients which include multinational corporations, banks and other financial institutions, government agencies and individuals.

He has also prosecuted and represented a number of individuals in criminal litigation leading to convictions and acquittals. Donald Atogbo has been directly involved in advising various multinational and local clients in the real property, corporate and commercial practice area of the firm.

Donald Atogbo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), a Master of laws (LL.M) and a Doctorate degree (Ph.D) in law. Prior to obtaining his law degrees, Donald Atogbo,Esq obtained a National Diploma in Public Administration/Finance from Auchi Polytechnic in Edo state. He is a Notary Public and a member of the Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

His areas of interest include Constitutional law, Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Energy & Natural Resources/Environmental law, Investment and taxation law.
