Babatunde O. Fasuyi, Esq. is a partner in Adedipe and Adedipe. He joined the firm of Adedipe & Adedipe (legal practitioners) in 2006. He specializes in litigation, legal advisory and transactional work.

His litigation experience cuts across several areas of the firm’s practice which includes banking and insurance, corporate & commercial, election petition, energy and natural resources law/Environmental law, human right, Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Maritime and Aviation law, Matrimonial causes, devolution and inheritance, Real estate, Public policy and Government affairs.

He has advised on several transactions and projects which includes the proposed acquisition of 500 Hectares by Renaissance Group from Land of Honey valued at USD6, 000,000.00, Joint venture between Kohath Rice Company and Kwara State Government for the development of an integrated rice production project over 10,000 Hectares, and mass transit concession of over 20 years with University of Ilorin. 

Tunde graduated from the University of Ado Ekiti where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB honors) and also obtained a postgraduate diploma, certificate of laws and master of Laws (LLM) respectively from the University of London. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
